Arrange for survey and geo technical analysis and verify existing utilities.

Develop preliminary plans and elevations of potential design solutions.

Prepare preliminary budget and potential cost control measures.

Review Code for compliance and interface with Building Officials.

Establish building system and infrastructure requirements

Prepare complete working drawings for permit and construction.

Upon completion of design, apply and obtain Building Permit.

Solicit proposals for all sub-trades, materials, equipment and services.

Finalize Project schedule and budget.

Provide on-site Project management and monitor quality of work.

Update client relative to budget and schedule on an on-going basis.

Coordinate all services and sub-trade activities through completion.

Provide 2-5-10 Home Warranty.
